Formerly, when using air balancer to suction move the paper bags, we have to engage the vacuum pump. But with this air cylinder, the air pressure will be transmitted to the cylinder to create vacuum without using any enormous cable, no electricity needed and easy to install. While using vacuum pump, it will let the object free fall in case of electrical failure occurred, which may cause a severe damage. While applying vacuum which created by air pressure need no electricity. So, in case of electrical failure occurred and if thereﾕs still some air left in the air container, you can continue working for several minutes. (*working time after electricity down depends on size of air container.)
Can be used only for the plastic wrapped package which covered with paper bag outside. For general handcraft bag, must be used together with the vacuum pump with 2.2 kw upwards.
Clamp and grip boxes from the inside. No gripping claws to obstruct the objects alignment. So it could be arranged in orderly line without gaps. Assign the direction left and right ＋ back and forth to keep the gripping claws in proper position. This system allows you to apply as many grippers as demanded. Easy to control the gripper by pressing On/Off button.

When turning on the button, polyurethane rubber (as in the picture above) will be pressed down. The outer diameter will be stretched out. With durability and anti-slip polyurethane which helps prolong life of button. The rubber parts are consumable material which can be replaced, just by taking off only one screw at the end of the gripper. This innovation is invented by Hitachi Juki Sekkei Co., Ltd. and applied the patent in May 1995. (PAT. No.9-132379 )

May not be used with some imported cardboard, thus the cardboard sample pretest should be done.
